Hi, my name is Andreea Grad, I am a world travelled natural health expert, and I want to share with you what I discovered after almost a decade of condensing all my knowledge and personal experience… into a system so amazing, that if you integrate it in your life, will quickly enhance your mental and physical well being… and exponentially boost your vitality and emotional freedom.
I came from a country where it was easy to take my good health and access to natural cures for granted. Old remedies were such a big part of our culture, past on from generation to generation, learning from an early age how to make potent herbal tinctures and syrups, how to prepare for each season, and live in the rhythm of nature…
Then I moved to the U.S. and soon after, I started experiencing the horrors of “fast-food” and the modern Western diet.
You see, food has been the love of my life, so naturally it became my vehicle in embracing the culture that now was my home…. I knew at an instinctual level what was good for me.
But, after I became part of the “Western life-style” I was blind-sided by the toxic eating habits, poor food quality and the clueless approach to health care I encountered almost everywhere.
In truth, I had no idea what I was ultimately putting in my body. As a result, I ended up with thyroid imbalance, 20 pounds overweight, and a messed up digestive system that I could not control…
What’s more, I found myself burying all my fears… anxiety… and depression… into serious food addictions — which left me with panic attacks, and insomnia, and as if that’s not enough, I got more and more isolated, my self esteem went way down, and my close relationships and career were falling apart …
I felt I was sinking with no way out… I was an utter mess.
One of the most disturbing things about my physical and emotional state was discovering that this kind of thing… low energy, weight gain, digestion issues, skin problems, and all sorts of emotional imbalances… this is considered NORMAL for most people living in the modern world. I was told by the doctors I have seen, to learn to cope with it… it is just stress.
This set me on a healing journey that took me from one book to the next, one teacher after another, combining every single thing I new about healing from my culture and own experience, with other traditional healing methods from all over the world, and the cutting edge teaching of this country.
And as I began to piece everything together, I lost weight and my health started improving day by day…
Still, it wasn’t truly dramatic until I had a massive breakthrough: There’s undeniable and direct link between how you perceive our own thoughts and feelings… and your ability to easily and dramatically transform your body.
Once I realized this, my health took a huge, positive leap forward and my life has never been better.
We live in a time where we can eat what we want, how we want, when we want, and wherever we want. At this point in our history we are more capable of taking our health back, than any time before.
