I simple adore chicken. Infact I have never come across anyone who does not love chicken. Breast part of the chicken is very easy and quick to make and as such you can serve as a meal even for the large gatherings.
Not only I love eating chicken but I also enjoy cooking various recipes with chicken, specially the breast portion. It is considered to be a healthy meat since it is low in fat and cholesterol compared to other meats. It is also the most adaptable meat that can be used for making various dishes.

8 boneless chicken breast
1/2 tbsp butter
6 cups bread crumbs
½ cup onion
1 cup celery
4 tsp parsley flakes
1 ½ cup walnuts
1 tsp salt plus 1 tsp pepper
Take the bread crumbs, half melted butter, onion, celery, parsley, walnuts, salt and enough water to prepare a stuffing. Lay the 4 squares of aluminum foil plus butter. Make a mound of stuffing on each buttered square of foil and then keep on the baking sheet. To make the chicken more tender and moist, you can brush the chicken with lemon juice along with the remaining butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Fold the foil up over the chicken and bake for around 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
